NPD Reliability Engineer (New Product Development Reliability Engineer) (HDD)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s Korat facility in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Manage reliability testing for product families and coordinate test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Execute regular reliability tests, monitor results, and prepare test summaries.
• Apply end-to-end data analytics to identify and validate root causes.
• Support day-to-day issues, excursions, failure analysis, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with global partners and test laboratory experts to implement reliability strategies.
• Manage reliability laboratory budgets, test equipment infrastructure, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of quality and reliability statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and collaborate across nations and functions.
