Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, customer service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals, acquiring new consumer and business customers, and deepening existing relationships.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and make referrals to other areas of the bank.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, processes, customer service, and sales opportunities.
• Oversee recruiting and hiring, colleague development, staffing, and internal partnerships.
• Maintain operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance while developing community and business relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Experience or knowledge in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, process management, coaching, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
