Data Centre Business Development Manager

Location: Singapore, hybrid — 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: SGD 12,000 per month, with up to 1 month of additional salary

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the data centre sector.
• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with technical teams on site visits and solution assessments.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant technical, commercial, or system integration environment.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and the data centre market.
• Experience with BMS, access control, security, or fire safety solutions.
• Proven business development and new-business acquisition experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Engineering degree or related qualification.
