TL;DR
Lead Brand and Product Designer (AI): Shaping brand identity and digital product experiences through user flows, high-fidelity designs, and near-production prototypes with an accent on AI-native workflows, design systems, and visual quality. Focus on creating functional prototypes with Figma AI and agentic tools, integrating emerging AI design technologies, and balancing usability, product goals, and technical execution.
Location: Remote in Brazil and across Latin America; daily working-hour overlap with EST, CST, or PST time zones
Compensation: $15–$20 USD per hour

What you will do
- Own and evolve the visual identity across brand, product, marketing, paid media, social content, landing pages, and sales materials.
- Lead product design initiatives from concepts and wireframes through user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and handoff.
- Create functional, near-production prototypes using Figma AI, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, and other agentic tools.
- Develop and improve the product design system while identifying inconsistencies and closing design gaps.
- Research and introduce AI-powered design, development, animation, and image-generation tools that improve workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to balance user needs, technical constraints, usability, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Several years of professional design experience in a product, SaaS, agency, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional visual design taste and a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, interaction, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Figma AI, plus day-to-day experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
- Experience with AI-powered animation and image-generation tools such as Higgsfield; familiarity with After Effects.
- Portfolio demonstrating both brand/visual design and product/UX work, including working high-fidelity prototypes.
- Excellent professional English communication skills and availability for daily overlap with EST, CST, or PST.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance marketing and creative testing.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar analytics and user behavior tools.
