AI Product Designer / Design Engineer

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid format, with a fully remote option also stated

What you will do

• Design full-stack product experiences, including landing pages, web applications, social media assets, in-app banners, and pitch decks.
• Design and build MVPs in fast sprints, switching between products as they are tested and developed.
• Build live designs with AI tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, and Replit.
• Generate visual and media assets with tools such as Midjourney and Nano Banana.
• Animate assets and create micro-interactions using Jitter, Lottie, Rive, and similar tools.
• Collaborate directly with startup founders, communicate progress daily, and write landing-page and in-app copy.

Requirements

• At least 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing products from scratch and redesigning existing products.
• Product thinking, with the ability to prioritize meaningful features for the target audience and avoid scope creep.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to avoid generic AI-generated design.
• Ability to work with Shadcn components and reuse existing design-system components.
• Clear written communication and interest in modern design tools and UX/UI patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with Paper, Unicorn Studio, Spline, Pencil, Mobbin, or similar tools and resources.
• Experience creating polished startup products and marketing assets.
