Senior Systems Analyst (.NET)

What you will do

• Identify business, user, functional, and organizational requirements and translate them into technical specifications, concepts, and system designs.
• Lead or participate in workshops, technical meetings, requirements reviews, impact assessments, and non-functional requirements discussions.
• Build and maintain the technical product backlog based on gap analyses, reported issues, and technology lifecycle needs.
• Analyze CRM and identity data, process flows, integrations, master data, and downstream system dependencies.
• Investigate incidents and technical problems, develop solutions, provide support to vendor development teams, and resolve technical queries.
• Review and approve solutions, documentation, and changes delivered by internal, offshore, and third-party teams.

Requirements

• IT-related degree or equivalent experience, with extensive systems development and systems analysis experience.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET and related technologies, plus web application and database development.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, mass data storage concepts, and querying and analyzing data in Microsoft SQL or similar systems.
• Strong technical experience with Azure and experience delivering major software projects across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making skills, including experience with third-party suppliers and globally distrhirify.globaluted teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to microservice architecture, message broker systems, and API services.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Awareness of current information technology trends and developments.
