Senior Business System Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote; open to candidates in Canada, Mexico, or other regions

What you will do

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement sessions, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements as technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, application architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to design and clarify solutions.
• Use AI prompting techniques and cloud AI services to prototype and accelerate solution design.
• Coordinate test-case definition and acceptance testing with QA teams.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate delivery progress to the Product Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, user story, and acceptance criteria skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompting techniques, including Google Cloud AI and Microsoft AI services.
• Basic understanding of SDKs and ADKs for AI component integration, as well as cloud services, APIs, and application architecture.
• Ability to deliver complex features in two-week sprint cycles and work independently with distributed remote teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as legal technology, compliance, or financial services.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled applications or products and cloud-based AI integration.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
