System Analyst with PO Experience

Location: Remote from Batumi, Georgia

What you will do

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
• Support backlog refinement and manage product vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and trade-off decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and development teams, lead demos and reviews, and validate delivered increments.
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback while managing risks, dependencies, escalations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst and experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, gRPC, Camunda or similar workflow platforms, ELK Stack, Git, and SDLC.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; remote work from Batumi, Georgia.
