What you will do

• Monitor and balance workload distribution across the delivery team to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Assign projects and tasks to Delivery Coordinators to ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
• Ensure strict adherence to client specifications, workflow requirements, and internal operational standards.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and team performance to meet delivery targets and SLA compliance.
• Develop backup solutions and coverage plans to maintain business continuity.
• Manage and maintain accurate operational and financial information within internal systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in media localization, subtitling, dubbing, or content operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of delivery operations, localization workflows, and quality standards.
• Proven experience in workload management, resource planning, and issue escalation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Media, IT, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
