Location: Fully remote, open only to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The work model may potentially include hybrid presence at the associated metro-area hub office in the future.
Salary: $111,034β$145,733 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do
- Analyze regional trends, competitor activity, industry developments, and integrated medical, pharmacy, laboratory, and authorization claims data.
- Identify cost and trend drivers and provide financial guidance on their potential impact on market performance.
- Evaluate market-level affordability programs and integrate findings into the central affordability program.
- Build retrospective studies comparing projected and actual financial and clinical outcomes.
- Develop repeatable analytical processes that scale across market areas.
- Present findings for market finance reviews and support market leadership follow-up.
Requirements
- College degree in a STEM field such as Economics, Actuarial Science, Health Economics, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or Health Services Research.
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
- Strong analytical partnership with market management teams, regional actuaries, and market medical officers.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Nice to have
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, or progress toward an SOA credential.
- Strong understanding of health insurance concepts, data sources, and market-specific nuances.
- Proficiency with SQL, R, and/or Python for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
