Physician - 1099 APP Supervision (Telemedicine)

Location: Remote, must reside in Georgia, United States

Pay: $300 per APP per month for supervision duties

Oscar Medical Group is refactoring healthcare through personalized telemedicine and primary care services for hirify.global members.

What you will do

• Provide regulatory oversight and supervision for nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Supervise APP care delivery across Virtual Urgent Care, Virtual Health Assessment, and Oscar Primary Care.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and other providers across service lines.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and state supervision requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Experience supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Must live in Georgia and hold an active Georgia medical license.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient family medicine.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of telemedicine experience.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Compact license or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Licensure in additional Oscar Medical Group states, including Michigan, Illinois, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Virginia, Texas, Florida, and Ohio.
