Power Project Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: Wilkes-Barre, Lehigh Valley, or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: Starting at $115,000; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Manage power and energy infrastructure projects covering utility coordination, distribution, transmission, renewable energy, substations, and related site/civil improvements.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Oversee site planning, grading, access, stormwater, drainage, erosion control, utility infrastructure, construction logistics, and related engineering activities.
• Prepare and review construction documents, technical reports, specifications, permit applications, and approval packages.
• Coordinate with clients, utility providers, agencies, municipalities, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and support proposals, client engagement, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain it within the specified timeframe.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, power, utilities, energy, or related infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, client management, and delivery.
• Experience with utility providers and energy-sector clients, permitting processes, construction documentation, and site/civil design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
