Partner Success & Marketing Events Intern (Fintech)

A global gaming-focused company operating a Southeast Asian payment gateway that supports card, e-wallet, online banking, and cash-over-counter payments.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end planning, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Build relationships with merchants, clients, partners, and vendors while serving as a key communication contact.
• Coordinate vendor requirements, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage merchant onboarding activities, including document collection, verification, processing, and record maintenance.
• Promote events through social media and email campaigns, including content scheduling and uploads.
• Prepare event reports, performance summaries, and operational improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or social media tools is advantageous.
• Available for a full-time internship.
• Comfortable using AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and innovation.
