Partner Success & Marketing Events Intern (Fintech)

Fiuu is a Southeast Asian payment gateway, formerly known as Razer Merchant Services, enabling businesses to accept payments through cards, e-wallets, online banking, and cash-over-counter channels.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end planning, execution, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluation.
• Build relationships with merchants, clients, partners, and vendors while serving as a key communication contact.
• Coordinate vendor requirements, timelines, logistics, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage merchant onboarding, including document collection, verification, processing, and record maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding and event delivery.
• Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, content scheduling, and uploads.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, creative, adaptable, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Availability for a full-time internship.
• Comfort with AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and innovation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design or social media tools.
