What you will do

• Define marketing objectives with senior organizational and leadership stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of quarterly and annual marketing strategies and tactics.
• Empower marketing leads across business units to deliver commercial outcomes across the product suite.
• Grow the addressable market through local and community management teams.
• Build a practice, performance, and data-oriented culture across social media, web, chat, content, and video initiatives.
• Support Brand and PR teams in communicating hirify.global's role in the decentralized web.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech, including 5 years in marketing leadership or management.
• Track record of delivering growth in web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue.
• Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple products, brands, audiences, and conversion funnels.
• Experience managing budgets and prioritizing marketing programs through quantitative analysis and product outcomes.
• Strong project management, detail orientation, and community growth experience.
• Ability to manage a complex, diverse, remote-first team and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
