K-12 Education Account Manager (Vietnam) (Education Technology): Driving Canva Education adoption across Vietnamese school systems by managing stakeholder relationships, onboarding, engagement, and impact measurement with an accent on education technology deployment and educator enablement. Focus on building system-wide adoption strategies, analyzing usage trends, supporting curriculum innovation, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Location: Remote in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; some travel is required.

Canva develops a design platform and is expanding Canva Education across schools and educational institutions.
What you will do
- Own the school-system engagement lifecycle, from strategy and prospecting through onboarding, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Build relationships with Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training, provincial education departments, school administrators, IT teams, curriculum leaders, and education influencers.
- Guide teachers and educators in using Canva for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development.
- Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to develop engagement strategies and improve customer experience.
- Represent Canva Education at education events, conferences, and workshops.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve K-12 education offerings.
Requirements
- Understanding of classroom efficiency solutions and the ability to explain how Canva can improve student learning through design and collaboration.
- Experience driving retention and engagement with software solutions at the school-system level.
- Understanding of school technology rollouts and effective system-wide deployments.
- Ability to communicate clearly, simplify complex concepts, present ideas, and tell compelling customer stories.
- Ability to take initiatives from planning through implementation and complete high-impact projects.
- Understanding of social media processes and audience education tactics.
