What you will do

  • Serve as the primary CX owner for strategic, high-volume enterprise accounts.
  • Embed into client workflows to anticipate needs and reduce reactive support volume.
  • Translate complex client requirements into actionable tasks for Operations, Growth, and R&D teams.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements or automation to scale service quality.
  • Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risks while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support senior CX team members by managing high-frequency requests and operational load.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Philippines
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience or Account Management.
  • Prior experience supporting high-volume or enterprise-level clients.
  • English: Fluent written and verbal communication required
  • Proven track record in managing complex stakeholders.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services.
  • Knowledge of LLMs and NLP technologies.
