Analyst, QC (Biotech)

Location: SG - Tuas, Singapore; onsite laboratory role with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Prioritize and perform timely testing of bulk, in-process, stability, and final product samples.
• Document analytical results in compliance with SOPs, test methods, cGMP, and data integrity requirements.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and laboratory equipment.
• Support method transfers, validation, equipment qualification, and technical selection of QC equipment, standards, and reagents.
• Perform assay trend analysis and update controlled documents.
• Provide general laboratory support, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, ordering supplies, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Science, or an equivalent field.
• Relevant laboratory experience, preferably in biotechnology or a medically related field.
• Good understanding of HPLC and Empower software.
• Experience with capillary electrophoresis, TOC, osmolality, protein concentration methods such as A280 or SoloVPE, spectroscopy, and other physicochemical methods.
• Ability to support equipment maintenance and qualification.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts at the Tuas site.
