Focus on identifying high-leverage research and commercial use cases, translating complex scientific workflows into usable capabilities, and guiding product and marketing teams with life sciences domain expertise.

is building AI-native products for life sciences, using MCPs, Skills, and Agents to support research, clinical, business development, competitive intelligence, and regulatory workflows.
What you will do
- Identify high-leverage use cases across clinical development, translational medicine, business development, competitive intelligence, and regulatory affairs.
- Transform clinical trial, sequence, target, deal, and patent data into MCPs, Skills, and Agents.
- Launch research-preview capabilities quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Work with researchers, scientists, business development teams, and clinical operations teams to uncover workflow problems.
- Design tailored capabilities for different life sciences user groups while maintaining platform consistency.
- Guide product management and marketing teams on domain quality, positioning, content, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- PhD in life sciences, bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field, or equivalent deep industry experience in pharma, biotech, clinical development, translational medicine, business development, or competitive intelligence.
- Curiosity about how AI and Agents will reshape life sciences workflows.
- Track record of delivering an end-to-end research paper, tool, internal product, data pipeline, or workflow solution.
- Strong product intuition and ability to evaluate whether early prototypes will work for real users.
- Comfort working with uncertainty, moving quickly, and building at the edge of current model capabilities.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agent frameworks, MCP, or prompt engineering.
- Experience with structured biomedical data, including clinical trial, sequence, target, disease, deal, or patent data.
- Experience designing products for technical users such as researchers, developers, data scientists, or scientific analysts.
- Open-source contributions, technical writing, public projects, or a visible portfolio.
