What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for developing, organizing, reporting, tracking, and synthesizing product cost data.
• Manage analysis of released product costs, cost roadmaps, cost-reduction activities, cost of change, and cost-containment audits.
• Define and communicate the global Business Intelligence strategy, analytics standards, and roadmap.
• Lead platform and solution decisions across Business Intelligence, integration, and data management.
• Define solutions, performance goals, and metrics aligned with enterprise templates, architecture standards, and business requirements.
• Drive adoption of BI technology platforms and operational use of standards across projects and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Experience managing professional employees and/or supervisors and accountability for team performance.
• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Experience resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to address scalability, security, flexibility, extensibility, reusability, and supportability requirements.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
