Journeyperson Maintenance Millwright (Manufacturing)

Location: Tomahawk, Wisconsin, United States; onsite work with any assigned shift, including weekends, holidays, call-ins, and overtime.

Salary: $45.34 per hour starting salary

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Maintain equipment and reduce machine downtime with a sense of urgency.
• Work closely with production personnel to solve operational problems.
• Follow facility rules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Work assigned shifts and support call-ins, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.

Requirements

• Possess a Wisconsin State Indentured Journeyperson Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Card.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own or obtain the necessary tools.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Demonstrate strong attendance, safety, communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Plant manufacturing experience, particularly in the corrugated or packaging industry.
