Industrial Maintenance Technician (Corrugated Packaging)

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. Must be willing to work any of three shifts.

Salary: $28.00–$38.00 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation safely.
• Work as part of a maintenance team in a multicraft role.
• Develop additional mechanical and electrical maintenance skills through company-provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work any shift across a three-shift production schedule.
• Technicians provide their own basic hand tools; special and heavy tools are provided.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is a plus.
• A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
