TTS Inventory & Planning Specialist (UK) (TikTok Shop)

What you will do

• Own TikTok Shop inventory operations using forecasts, live demand signals, and commercial bets.
• Identify out-of-stock, excess, and obsolete inventory risks and develop mitigation plans such as alternatives, bundles, live-event features, pricing, and promotions.
• Partner with operations and category owners to align allocations, stock transfers, DTC/TTS splits, warehouse capacity, and carrier capacity with demand.
• Plan launch volumes and stock phasing for new product introductions and major live-commerce events.
• Shape the TikTok Shop assortment by identifying range gaps, building cases for exclusives, and evaluating product bets.
• Build demand scenarios, revenue and SKU-level assumptions, forecasts, reporting, and data visualisations using internal tools, Power BI, and AI technology.

Requirements

• Experience in sales analysis, demand planning, category management, or financial analysis.
• Experience with fast-moving ecommerce, marketplace, or DTC channels.
• Working knowledge of inventory planning, including stock cover, allocation, phasing, launch sizing, and out-of-stock mitigation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and large datasets.
• Ability to build scenario and sensitivity models and translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools, AI-assisted analysis, commercial P&L assessment, and cross-functional influence.
