Senior Manager, NFST

What you will do

• Manage the Non-Funded Support Team and oversee daily disposition requests and compliance support cases.
• Oversee LOS pipelines, file dispositioning, folder placement, and disposition timelines.
• Manage risk-management tickets in JIRA, including research, root cause analysis, corrective actions, UAT, and post-implementation validation.
• Build mechanisms for managing key ECOA compliance events and support implementation of new products and LOS systems.
• Support audits, examinations, and monitoring inquiries by drafting narratives and creating regulatory data sets.
• Ensure adverse action and incompleteness notices meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of mortgage industry experience, including 2 years in compliance and/or risk.
• At least 1 year of experience managing teams and reviewing or approving team outputs.
• Experience creating and analyzing data sets for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, ECOA, FCRA, adverse action regulations, and related policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms including Encompass, NFTYDoor, Figure, and Quantum Reverse, along with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
