Director, Compliance Product Advisory (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote); fully remote within the US

What you will do

• Provide compliance and risk management input across the design, development, and implementation of new products and services.
• Develop solutions that support business innovation while maintaining consumer compliance and effective risk management.
• Advise issue management teams and Product Legal on product, compliance, and risk matters.
• Evaluate existing and emerging regulatory risks within product frameworks.
• Guide the development and review of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare risk and compliance reporting for executive and board leadership and represent hirify.global in regulatory, audit, and bank partner matters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consumer financial services compliance.
• Required experience in mortgage, HELOC, or dedicated home improvement lending.
• Strong negotiation, communication, critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze macro-level risk trends and identify changing risk levels or process control breakdowns.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• English is required for communication with staff at hirify.global offices worldwide.
