Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist (m/f/d) (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own D2C merchandising activities across the hirify.global brands.
• Plan and implement product launches, digital promotions, pricing strategies, and trade plans.
• Manage digital content, product availability, category pages, and product pages across D2C websites.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Analyze website performance, sales data, trading risks, and opportunities, then implement measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices and innovative site features.

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or digital trading.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital environments, and the end-to-end consumer journey.
• Ability to analyze sales and performance data, translate insights into strategies, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience optimizing onsite content and product pages for SEO and conversion.
• Proficiency with analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms.
