Focus on designing A/B tests, improving conversion paths, and building lead assets such as whitepapers and webinars.

What you will do
- Maintain and improve product, landing, and use-case pages using conversion paths, search intent, performance signals, and content-gap analysis.
- Design and run A/B tests focused on page structure, messaging, calls to action, internal linking, and friction reduction.
- Build topic and intent clusters for Bikeleasing and Probonio and optimize guides, glossary pages, comparison content, and other organic formats.
- Develop and manage an integrated content strategy covering topic backlogs, awareness-to-conversion intent logic, content standards, and success criteria.
- Conceptualize lead assets such as whitepapers and webinars, coordinate production, and repurpose content for websites, organic channels, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and Automation to improve organic visibility and website performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience driving website performance improvements through A/B testing, with measurable KPI results.
- At least 5 years of experience in organic search optimization, including SEO and GEO.
- Experience developing data-driven content strategies based on target-audience analysis and topic prioritization.
- German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
- Ability to communicate complex content clearly and appropriately for target audiences.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Paid Search or Paid Social.
