Senior Opex Engineer

What you will do

• Lead site performance improvement initiatives through the hirify.global Operating System, GPS, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement projects with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead Value Improvement Programs and deliver cost savings, efficiency, and productivity targets.
• Coach teams in root cause analysis, process mapping, statistical problem-solving, and Lean daily management.
• Develop KPIs, support strategic planning and governance, and improve production flows, cycle times, and process performance.
• Support compliance with cGMP, FDA, EHS, internal policies, and external standards while sharing best practices with global and divisional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, data analysis, statistical tools, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing improvement projects from concept through execution.
• Understanding of cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations, with strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
