HFA Financial Advisor Senior -Branch

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans based on assets, goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
• Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches or books of business.
• Coach branch staff on identifying client needs and providing suitable financial solutions.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other business lines to address client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of investment sales experience.
• Series 7, 63, and 65/66 licenses.
• Life and Health licenses.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of prospects and clients.
• Attention to detail in paperwork and commitment to service and follow-up.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in investments.
• Experience coaching, influencing, and developing individuals in a team environment.
• Track record of exceeding goals and expectations.
