HFA Financial Advisor Senior - Branch

What you will do

• Partner with branch staff to identify client needs and recommend financial solutions for short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide investment and insurance solutions using a comprehensive financial planning approach covering assets, goals, time horizons, and risk tolerance.
• Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches and books of business.
• Coach branch staff on customer profiling and goal identification.
• Provide ongoing training and sales support across assigned branches.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other lines of business to address client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of investment sales experience.
• Series 7, Series 63, Series 65/66, and Life and Health licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of investment-area experience preferred.
• Experience coaching, influencing, and developing individuals in a team environment, with strong communication, attention to detail, and customer follow-up skills.
