TL;DR
Senior Product Analyst (Laboratory Informatics) (Laboratory Informatics): Supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software used by scientists in GxP and non-GxP research environments with an accent on requirements analysis, application configuration, validation, and user adoption. Focus on translating laboratory workflows into system solutions, defining UAT and regression testing, coordinating technical escalations, and maintaining compliance documentation.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, Quality teams, and technical teams.
  • Gather and document business requirements, use cases, workflows, system needs, user roles, access requirements, data flows, and integrations.
  • Support user onboarding, migrations, application implementations, and laboratory workflow improvements.
  • Manage application lifecycle activities, including release impact analysis, configuration changes, SOPs, system documentation, and SDLC records.
  • Define testing requirements, create regression and User Acceptance Testing scripts, and support testing activities.
  • Provide Tier 1 application support, coordinate technical escalations, create training materials, and deliver user training.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific data management, and GxP/non-GxP environments.
  • Knowledge of controlled access, user roles, audit trails, validation processes, and GxP system requirements.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, application onboarding or migrations, integrations, data mapping, and UAT.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Unicorn, Biacore Insight, laboratory informatics platforms, or scientific instrument software.
  • Experience with Jira, Xray/Vera, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models, digital SDLC processes, or global pharmaceutical R&D organizations.
