Customer Experience Banker - Wernerts branch - Toledo, OH

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers in a concierge-style branch role.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend suitable deposit and banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and resolve service issues.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and disciplined sales practices.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience may qualify.
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated customer service, sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.
