Senior Python Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote for candidates based in the United States; travel to U.S. client sites is required

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize applications using React and related frameworks.
• Design and implement data storage solutions for scalable applications.
• Define structured practices for source code management, building, deployment, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability and support quality standards.
• Analyze client requirements, gather user and client feedback, and build appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Leaders, client teams, and distributed project teams to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial engineering experience, with significant experience at Senior Engineer level.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and their frameworks, including React.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI frameworks, AI-native development practices, and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with agile delivery, real-world software development, Git, databases, cloud environments, and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, plus professional English proficiency. Applicants must be based in the United States, authorized to work without sponsorship, and able to travel to U.S. client sites.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI applications and working with agentic frameworks and platforms such as LangGraph or Agentspace.
