Salary: CAD 66,000–116,000 annually

What you will do

• Maintain and administer websites hosted on IIS, including access rights in Windows and IIS environments.
• Deploy updates to internal and external web platforms and provide application support for client-facing web solutions.
• Evaluate and install software, hardware, operating systems, and packaged development applications.
• Image and support computers, laptops, and tablets while leading desktop and helpdesk support efforts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with client technical support teams, external partners, subcontractors, and customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, procedures, and batch files.

Requirements

• University degree specializing in information technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with the Software Deployment Lifecycle and collaboration with software engineering and deployment teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with automation; interest in leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills required.
• Must be eligible for the Controlled Goods Program and for Canadian government Reliability and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearances, and meet U.S. ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of XML, XSL-FO, HTML, and XSLT stylesheets.
• Understanding of ITIL Foundation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with InstallShield or similar software installation authoring tools.
• Knowledge of aerospace and defense.
