What you will do

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms.
• Maintain system performance, availability, stability, and security through hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrades, and hardening.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance controls including conditional access, DLP, RBAC, MFA, email security, audits, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Manage endpoint deployments, application packaging, patch management, identity federation, and configuration lifecycle automation.
• Build monitoring and automation using PowerShell, RMM tools, and system performance and compliance dashboards.
• Support Azure and AWS workloads, mentor IT support staff, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to emergency incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server, Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server hardening.
• Experience with PowerShell automation for Windows Server, Office 365, and Entra ID.
• Experience with RMM tools for infrastructure monitoring, patch management, and endpoint management.
• Experience in Linux administration.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent virtualization technologies and system monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Strong troubleshooting, proactive problem-solving, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
