Sales Representative (Corrugated Packaging)

Location: Landisville, PA, United States

Salary: $80,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience; annual bonus based on individual contribution and company performance.

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned territory or account portfolio.
• Secure and maintain product distribution, provide pricing, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Build and monitor lead-generation plans and maintain a substantive sales pipeline.
• Develop customer relationships, satisfy existing needs, and expand current business.
• Coordinate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new ones.
• Manage account records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and delinquent-account collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of successful outside-sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in corrugated material or paper sales.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past 3 years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, exercise independent judgment, and negotiate difficult or sensitive accounts.
