What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, partners, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, business-to-business sales, or a relevant military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge or demonstrated ability in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and customer service.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
