Financial Relationship Banker (Dort/Court - Flint, MI)

Location: Flint, MI; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships.
• Recommend deposit, loan, lending, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Build internal partnerships and generate referrals through customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, banking, lending, investments, and customer service.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Experience building, deepening, and retaining customer relationships.
