Location: Hybrid work arrangement with office time in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Tempe, Arizona; or Richardson, Texas. Relocation benefits do not apply.

Salary: $80,600–$101,450 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for entrepreneurial and small business owner opportunities.
• Identify, source, and attract candidates with relevant sales or business development backgrounds.
• Build talent pipelines through vendor sourcing tools, referrals, networks, and centers of influence.
• Present agency opportunities and communicate role responsibilities to prospective candidates.
• Coach candidates through assessments, education, and business-plan development.
• Evaluate candidate competencies and readiness while coordinating recruitment efforts with leaders and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates interested in entrepreneurial or small business ownership opportunities.
• Experience coaching individuals through the development and refinement of a business plan.
• Experience building networks and collaborating with stakeholders to fill entrepreneurial openings.
• Experience supporting an efficient and engaging candidate experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be immediately eligible to work lawfully in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
