Opex Communication Leader (Operational Excellence)

What you will do

• Deploy and sustain the hirify.global Growth and Performance System (GPS) and support site performance transformation.
• Lead continuous improvement, margin improvement, Lean Daily Management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, material flow, waste reduction, and process efficiency.
• Facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving, training, coaching, and leadership development activities.
• Design visual management systems, KPIs, performance dashboards, and operational reporting for leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic communications for business transformations, cultural change, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Communications, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, organizational change initiatives, KPI development, dashboards, and business reporting.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, technical writing, training, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change management initiatives.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, presentation development, and video editing applications.
