Process Engineer (ERP)

What you will do

• Analyze workflows, handoffs, operational trends, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management materials.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, escalations, and recurring gaps.
• Coordinate process support for product introduction, go-to-market operations, ticket management, credit, royalties, and related initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and Customer Operations stakeholders to clarify requirements and support adoption.
• Track process performance, demand, and improvement outcomes to support prioritization and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes.
• 3+ years of experience supporting operational issue resolution, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and change management.
• Strong skills in process analysis, workflow design, documentation, problem-solving, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of process mapping, capacity analysis, time studies, workflow optimization, continuous improvement, and process controls.
