Supervisor, Packaging - 12hr Night Shift (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States — on-site. Night shift: 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and direct packaging employees in accordance with procedures, processes, and cGMP expectations.
• Manage daily packaging operations and facility maintenance to support safe and efficient production.
• Review production schedules and collaborate with the Master Scheduler on documentation and issue resolution.
• Conduct and close quality event investigations while maintaining compliant documentation.
• Hire, mentor, and develop employees into a skilled packaging team.
• Deliver hands-on technical and cGMP training and coordinate material purchases and overtime.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment; oral solid dosage experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising or directing teams with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with QA, Project Management, and operations teams.
