GMP Manufacturing Associate II (Weekend Overnights)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite weekend overnight schedule

Salary: $19.90–$30.80 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials

hirify.global develops and manufactures medical devices and operates regulated Plasma manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Operate machinery and perform production tasks across Plasma manufacturing departments.
• Assemble components and subassemblies while maintaining continuous production flow.
• Diagnose HMI and automation faults, adjust equipment, and escalate complex issues to Maintenance or Engineering.
• Complete cleaning, sanitization, equipment care, and Total Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Maintain production records, logs, inspections, and documentation in accordance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards.
• Support the Area Leader, train new associates, and contribute to process improvement and waste reduction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment; medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP principles.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to maintain cleanroom standards, follow gowning procedures, and wear cleanroom attire for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.

• Cleanroom experience.
• Basic computer and manufacturing system skills.
• Experience with lean practices, problem-solving, or continuous improvement.

Culture & Benefits

• Thursday PM through Monday AM schedule with 10-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
• Schedule and assignments may change based on vacation coverage needs.
• $2.00 overnight shift differential and an additional $2.00 steady-weekend differential.
