Manufacturing Technician II - Sterile Filling

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite work in controlled, non-classified, and classified cleanroom production areas

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, adjust, and sanitize sterile filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing, line clearances, in-process monitoring, visual inspections, and OEE data collection.
• Enter data in SCADA and HMI systems and complete batch records, GMP documentation, logs, and calculations.
• Support aseptic operations, media fills, line interventions, environmental monitoring, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, and process improvement activities including 5S.
• Manage limited inventory control and reconciliation activities using SAP and participate in cross-training and tier meetings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Accurate documentation, data entry, batch record, and logbook completion skills.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow written procedures and identify deviations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to complete aseptic gowning qualification, pass an onboarding eye exam, and work in cleanrooms with required PPE.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• At least one year of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles, lean manufacturing, Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
