Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator (Packaging)

Location: Onsite in Tampa, Florida, United States

Salary: $21.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform manual primary and secondary packaging according to batch record instructions.
• Set up and operate automated packaging equipment.
• Reconcile and move materials between packaging areas and the warehouse while maintaining chain of custody.
• Identify and report issues to QA, team leads, equipment specialists, project coordinators, and managers.
• Support qualification and implementation of new equipment.
• Maintain training records, logbooks, SOPs, GMP documentation, and participate in production and safety meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing primary and secondary packaging rooms.
• Strong attention to detail and readiness to stop work proactively when safety or quality may be affected.
• Ability to maintain professional and confidential interactions with sponsors and partners while following regulatory requirements.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties and collaborate across operational teams.
