What you will do

• Develop and apply quality standards aligned with company and customer requirements.
• Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and production equipment.
• Develop project methodologies, parameters, procedures, and inspection documentation.
• Analyze operational data, recommend corrective actions, and address product or process deficiencies.
• Participate in or lead audits, track qualification status, review reliability results, and release qualification packages.
• Reduce qualification cycle time and cost while maintaining required quality performance.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of quality practices and how the discipline integrates with related functions.
• Ability to solve complex problems using information from multiple sources.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches.
• Ability to explain difficult information and build consensus.
• Relocation is not available.
