Product Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Based in Hanoi City; territory covers Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

• Achieve product volume, product mix, profit, and quota objectives for assigned healthcare portfolios.
• Manage hospital accounts and the Hanoi territory, including developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Identify customer needs, promote products, conduct product or therapy demonstrations, and differentiate offerings from competitors.
• Monitor forecasts, assess market potential, seek new business opportunities, and support market-share growth.
• Track tender status, support tender preparation, and provide recommendations on pricing, products, and financially sound proposals.
• Coordinate exhibitions, symposiums, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives while maintaining compliant customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
• At least 5 years of healthcare industry experience, with a strong focus on therapeutic product promotion to hospital accounts.
• Understanding of business operations and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills, with the ability to analyze information and make recommendations.
• Basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to write and speak English.

Nice to have

• Experience in anesthesia, intensive care, or clinical nutrition sales.
