What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of university-level recruiting programmes.
• Interview and assess quantitative campus candidates using probability and logic questions.
• Define annual campus hiring needs and strategies with hiring managers.
• Design and deliver campus, careers-fair, onsite, and external recruiting events.
• Build relationships with universities, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Use recruiting data, statistics, and trends to inform hiring decisions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
• At least one year of professional work experience.
• Ability and willingness to learn quantitative interviewing methods.
• Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution.
• Strong candidate-relationship, interviewing, communication, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
