Salary: $71,000–$80,000 base salary annually plus benefits.

What you will do

• Review inbound applications and assess candidate qualifications against defined criteria.
• Align with recruiters and hiring managers on target profiles and screening standards.
• Calibrate candidate evaluation criteria as business and hiring needs evolve.
• Recruit software engineering summer interns and support a positive candidate experience through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year of relevant recruiting experience, including resume screening and qualification assessment.
• Interest in learning to evaluate technical candidate profiles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to coordinate events and projects or programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another ATS.
• Google Suite experience.
