What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and sales processes.
• Assess customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree with one year or more of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, presentations, and consumer and business deposit products.
