What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up programs, and internal and external partnerships.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, and online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Ability to complete additional background check requirements, including fingerprinting under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, presentations, and consumer and business deposit products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
